How far along in the development process are you?
We have a complete paper design including component identification and bills of material. We have completed the building and successful testing of an element made from off-the-shelf materials. We have a lens design but we need funding to build and test Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
What stage of funding are you in?
We are in pre-seed to seed stage funding. Although there is a considerable amount of government grant funding available it has been out of our reach for the simple fact that we do not have an MVP.
How much capitol is required to complete an MVP?
We have estimated that it will require $20K in materials to build the focusing framework and another $10K to cast the first lens. After which point we can rely on economies of scale and partnerships to rduct the cost of materials for production.
